How do I use the QRO bluetooth headphones?
a) First, open the charging case and take the earbuds out. Remove the plastic liners from each of the stems of the earbuds. Place them back in the case for charging and pairing.
b) Turn on your device’s Bluetooth and search for “QRO” to connect. Remove your earbuds from the case and enjoy listening!
Can you use a single earbud?
Yes, wireless Bluetooth earbuds support single mode.
Does it work for IOS and Android devices?
Yes, the MQES Earbuds are compatible with any smartphone.
Do the plastic liners on the stems of the earbuds need to be removed?
a) Yes. If they are not removed, the earbuds will not charge.
b) They also block microphones so if you make calls with the earbuds, your voice will sound unclear.
c) Finally, the noise reduction capability of the earbuds will be inhibited if the plastic liners are left on the stems of the earbuds.
How do I reset pairing between earbuds?
a) Place both earbuds in the case and with the case open, hold the button on the back for three seconds until the white LED flashes. They are now back to factory settings.
b) Then close the lid and hold the button on the back of the case for 8 seconds. The earbuds will pair and be ready for use.
How can I optimize my call experience? I want to make sure the other party can hear me clearly.
a) Make sure the plastic liners on the stems of each earbud are removed so that nothing is blocking the microphones.
b) Select and install the correct ear-tip size and make sure both earbuds are charged sufficiently. Finally, adjust the volume to around 80% of the maximum and ask the other party to do the same.
